When submitting photos, images and other artwork to be used on your website, our basic guidelines will help you get us what we need.

• Photos should be large and of high resolution.
• Most social media platforms typically reduce and ruin quality, so please avoid photos downloaded from Facebook or sent via WhatsApp.
• If someone has sent you a photo, please ask for a high resolution version to be emailed directly from the phone
• Copyright rules apply. Essentially, you can’t randomly download photos from the internet for use on your own site. All photos need to be legally obtained.
• Free stock photo resources include freephotos.cc , unsplash.com and pexels.com
• Depositphotos.com is good for budget stock phots.
• We’ll resize and crop where necessary.
• Alternatively, we can take photos for you. Our photographer is based in Stellenbosch and who covers multiple genre’s. Please enquire for a quote.
