What we need from you
Any good website requires good content. You can provide your content yourself, or we can help get this done professionally:
- Business name, so we can register your domain.
- Logo and colour scheme
- Written content – see guidelines.
- Photos – see guidelines.
- Videos (YouTube or Vimeo links)
- Social media links.

What does it cost?
- For all projects during 2025, the project cost is R9,500. This includes an initial payment of R5,500 on commencement of the project, with the remaining R4,000 due on go-live.
- From two months after your site is up and running, there will be a monthly support and maintenance fee of R409 per month.
Some optional extras
- Social Media feed to display your posts on the website: Enquire for a quote.
- FAQ block or page: R1,000
- Blog page, with guidance on how to add your own posts: R1,500

The process
For your benefit, we’ll work to a general process which is quick and easy.
What you get
Your newly built website will include the following:
- Four pages (Typically Home, About, Services and Contact)
- Contact form, so you don’t need to publish email addresses.
- Domain registration (.com or .co.za) . Please enquire for other domains.
- Upto 10 email addresses.
- Google Analytics setup, we’ll get you a login.
- Google Search Console setup, we’ll get you a login.
- Basic SEO setup

Website maintenance plan
- For the first two months after your site has gone live, we’ll cover the website’s general maintenance, hosting, updates, small changes, etc.
- Once the two months of free maintenance is over, your website will be looked after under our maintenance plan, click here for more info on our Website Maintenance Plan.
Changes to my website after go-live
While your website is covered by the Maintenance Plan, small changes are covered and you’re welcome to request changes as you wish. Here are some examples:
- Changes in content.
- Swopping out images.
- Changing email addresses, phone numbers, etc
- Changing social media links.
Anything else?
- Our basic website design is an offering for those with budget in mind. We avoid complicated page builds and generally keep it simple.
- Hosting is in South Africa through our account with Xneelo. Hosting in other countries could attract additional cost.
